This is a quaint Inn just outside the village of Skaneateles. The room was clean and comfortable. The décor was warm and inviting. The bath was furnished with ample towels and a nice hot shower. We were greeted by the owner at check-in. She informed us that she had left some breakfast fare for the morning. She inquired if any other family were staying there. She was able to give us adjoining rooms. This really made our stay all the more pleasant. Thank Sue! I'm so glad you asked if I knew Brian. :) Great weekend getaway!
Hidden Gem Well Worth It

I travel frequently and this was by far one of the best places I have stayed. Weather made travel slow and I arrived far later than the office hours but Sue made accommodations to make sure I had a warm place to stay. She turned on the heat and the room was spotless and toasty when I arrived. The place is older which gives it character but is well cared for and spacious. In a very nice area that was quiet and peaceful and I had a good nights rest. Checking out was a breeze and she even helped me figure out the coffee machine because I am technologically dysfunctional and it wasn't my ancient drip coffee maker. Breakfast was packaged easy to grab items and fruit which worked fine for me. Very friendly, clean, comfortable. The rates were very reasonable, much less than certain big name hotel chains I've stayed in with a much cleaner room and better customer service. I cannot say enough about this place. It was a little further off the freeway than I usually stray but was easy to find and well worth it. Will definitely be using this place as my regular stop when I come through New York.
